This role is a hybrid position, with a strong emphasis on project management, pipeline ownership, and execution leadership rather than pure Scrum facilitation.· The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing the integration discovery pipeline, owning capacity planning, and coordinating across multiple cross‑functional teams. This is a high‑impact, internal‑facing role that requires strong ownership, initiative, and proven experience operating in complex, fast‑moving environments.· This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable leading initiatives, making data‑driven decisions, and working closely with technical and non‑technical stakeholders to drive outcomes. Key ResponsibilitiesIntegration & Pipeline Management· Own and manage the integration discovery pipeline, including intake, prioritization, and forecasting· Partner with stakeholders to assess incoming work and determine feasibility, capacity, and timelines· Translate business demand into actionable delivery plansProject & Resource Planning· Lead capacity planning and resource forecasting across Solution Architect (SA) teams· Manage SA allocation in alignment with project demand and delivery priorities· Answer critical planning questions such as: o “We have X projects coming in and Y resources available—what do we need to deliver?”Scrum & Delivery Leadership· Act as Scrum Master for Solution Architects working on integrations· Lead ceremonies and delivery rhythms, ensuring teams remain focused and productive· Drive delivery forward by leading initiatives, not just facilitating processTools & Execution· Own JIRA administration and management (must be hands‑on)· Maintain accurate project tracking, workflows, boards, and reporting· Use Google Sheets (or similar tools) for projections, planning, and trackingCross‑Functional Collaboration· Partner closely with: o Engineering teamso Technical Program Managers (TPMs)o Solution Architects (SAs)o Partnerships and internal stakeholders· Serve as a central point of coordination across teams to enable smooth execution Required QualificationsMust‑Have· Strong hands‑on experience with JIRA · Proven Project Management background in complex, cross‑functional environments· Demonstrated ability to lead work and drive outcomes, not just facilitate· High level of ownership, initiative, and self‑motivation· Track record of success in similar roles—this is not a learning‑on‑the‑job positionNice‑to‑Have· Experience supporting third‑party integrations· Familiarity with APIs and integration‑driven environments· Exposure to AI‑related initiatives (bonus, not required)Additional Notes· Industry background is flexible· Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills are essential· Comfort working in ambiguity and evolving environments is expected What Success Looks Like· Integration work is clearly forecasted, resourced, and tracked· Stakeholders have confidence in delivery plans and capacity projections· JIRA reflects reality and supports execution, not overhead· Teams are supported, aligned, and moving forward efficiently· Work is led proactively, not reactively Why Join Apex Systems· At Apex Systems, you’ll work alongside talented professionals in a collaborative environment where impact, accountability, and leadership matter.
