This role involves establishing project management processes in a growing environment, requiring a hands-on approach and direct interaction with key stakeholders. The position is ideal for a professional who can shape and define workstreams while adhering to established ePMO standards. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the execution of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with corporate and partner company priorities.Adhere to ePMO project management standards using waterfall, agile, and hybrid frameworks.Manage the planning, assignment, and execution of project tasks using standard processes and tools.Manage and mitigate project and program risks throughout the delivery life cycle.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, integration partners, and third-party providers to drive change initiatives.Oversee projects such as Broker Management System consolidation, business process automation, and website/domain consolidation.Work with stakeholders to develop Business Cases and Cost Benefit Analyses for new initiatives.Required QualificationsExperience:Demonstrated experience in planning and delivering change initiatives within the insurance and/or professional services industry.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across all organizational levels, from end-users to the C-suite.Insurance background is highly preferred.Proven strong communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to operate at big picture level but willing and capable to get into the weeds for planning and executing workstreams.Proven business team collaboration skills.Interest and/or some experience with driving efficiencies using AI tools. Technical Skills:Proficiency with project management methodologies, tools, and related technologies.Ability to consult on processes rather than solely managing a checklist.Familiarity with business automation technologies such as Python or C# is beneficial. Compensation & BenefitsThe anticipated compensation range for this position is $120,000 to $140,000 annually for the permanent role, and $70.00 to $75.00 per hour for the contract portion.
