This role is ideal for a project manager with experience leading complex business and technology initiatives in structured environments.Key responsibilities:Lead project planning, kickoff, scheduling, execution tracking, and overall delivery coordination.Manage timelines, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, and action items.Coordinate work across business, design, engineering, and stakeholder teams.Facilitate status meetings, stakeholder reviews, decision sessions, and escalations.Prepare project plans, status reports, executive updates, and delivery communications.Support scope control, governance, quality oversight, and alignment of deliverables to client expectations.Track progress against approved plans and drive resolution of delivery obstacles.Required qualifications:Experience managing technology, modernization, or system improvement projects in structured delivery environments.Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams across business and technical workstreams.Strong project planning, risk management, status reporting, and stakeholder management skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level communication.Must meet the applicable TDDC MSA labor category education and experience requirements.Preferred qualifications:Public sector or regulated-environment experience.Experience with workflow, case management, or investigation-related systems.Familiarity with agile, hybrid, or iterative delivery models.Typical deliverables / outputs: Project plans; status reports; RAID logs; meeting notes; stakeholder communications; milestone tracking; action item logs; governance materials; delivery coordination documentation.
