Senior Engineer

As a senior engineer, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our business and develop your talents.
Responsibilities:
● Design, development, and implementation of engineering solutions for wide variety of projects
● Collaborate with multi-disciplined teams to ensure seamless project development and successful conclusions
● Mentor junior engineers
● Tackle complex challenges, providing timely and effective solutions
● Foster relationships in the community through marketing and business development
● Manage key projects
Required Skills:
● Proven experience with 6+ years in civil engineering
● Expertise in civil engineering design, project management, and team leadership
● A history of successfully leading projects from concept to completion
● Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
● Strong communication and collaboration skills
● Experience with AutoCAD, Word, Excel, QuickBooks, marketing, public relations, and business development

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
