This role will partner with project managers, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to support network infrastructure and data center-related projects, including greenfield initiatives. The Business Analyst will focus on requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder coordination to enable successful project delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, document, and validate business and technical requirementsSupport project teams by coordinating between stakeholders, technical teams, and leadershipAnalyze existing processes and assist in identifying improvements or efficienciesCreate and maintain project documentation, including:Business requirements documents (BRDs)Functional requirementsProcess flows and gapsAssist in tracking project progress, risks, and dependenciesFacilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussionsSupport testing and validation efforts to ensure requirements are metMaintain clear and consistent communication across project teamsExample Project ExposureThe Business Analyst may support initiatives such as:Load balancer certification and automation processesNetwork inventory migration or implementation effortsPrivate cloud network buildoutsRequired QualificationsExperience as a Business Analyst supporting IT or infrastructure projectsBasic understanding of network infrastructure or data center environmentsAbility to gather and translate business needs into clear requirementsStrong documentation and organizational skillsEffective communication and stakeholder engagement abilitiesPreferred QualificationsExperience in telecommunications or large enterprise environmentsExposure to network-related concepts (routing, switching, load balancing)Familiarity with standard BA tools and methodologies (e.g., process mapping, requirements documentation)What This Role Is NOTThis role is not focused on application development or software product deliveryCandidates with only software-focused BA experience without infrastructure exposure may not be a fit Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
