Job#: 3038601 Job Description: Business AnalystLocation: Greenwood Village, Colorado (Partial Remote) Role OverviewThe Business Analyst supports Product Managers by defining business needs, gathering requirements, and analyzing digital product performance. This role is central to the Mobile & Billing Digital Journeys team, which focuses on improving how customers interact with billing, payments, and mobile services through portals and applications. The analyst will help accelerate the discovery and delivery of new features by ensuring solutions are well-documented and prioritized before development begins. Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with Product Managers and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for digital product functionality.Analyze current-state and future-state workflows to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.Facilitate meetings to align on requirements, clarify priorities, and drive a shared understanding of business needs.Compile, interpret, and present data from multiple sources to identify trends and inform product decisions.Create business documentation, including process maps, requirements documents, and gap analyses.Use analytics tools to evaluate product performance, customer experience, and business metrics.Support the evaluation of enhancements, defects, and production issues by assessing business impact.Required Qualifications3+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or digital product analysis.Experience supporting customer-facing digital experiences, such as web portals or mobile applications.Proficiency in creating Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).Proven ability in the discovery phase of the SDLC, including problem definition and requirements gathering.Experience using analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Adobe Analytics) to inform business decisions.Skilled in process visualization, including mapping customer journeys and creating workflow diagrams.Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.Experience in the telecom industry and with B2B digital or portal environments.Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Preferred QualificationsExperience with process visualization tools, particularly Lucid.Domain-specific experience in billing, payments, or mobile services.Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity or analytics tools for data exploration.Experience querying and analyzing data using SQL or similar tools.Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
