What You'll DoManage and shepherd Service Operating Model (SOM) change requests from intake through approval and implementation.Coordinate stakeholders across Service Areas to ensure requests are complete, accurate, and processed in accordance with governance standards.Coordinate service hierarchy, taxonomy, ownership, and operating model data across enterprise platforms.Monitor request status, approvals, dependencies, and downstream updates to ensure data consistency across integrated systems.Support continuous improvement of SOM governance processes, workflows, reporting, and operational procedures.· Develop solution architecture designs for IT projects, products, and strategic initiatives.· Create architecture documentation, including diagrams, technical specifications, standards, and roadmaps.· Assist in architecture reviews, governance activities, and compliance assessments to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.· Partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.· Contribute to enterprise architecture blueprints and technology modernization initiatives.· Learn and apply enterprise architecture frameworks and best practices, including TOGAF and Zachman.Basic Requirements· 4+ years of professional experience in solution architecture, software engineering, systems analysis, IT consulting, or related technology roles.· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.· Experience creating solution designs, architecture diagrams, technical specifications, or systems documentation.· Knowledge of software, application, data, infrastructure, or cloud architecture concepts.· Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions.· Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to diverse audiences.· Experience supporting architecture reviews, technical governance, or technology standards.· Demonstrated analytical problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Preferred Skills/Experience· Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or FEAF.Experience managing operational workflows, governance processes, or enterprise data stewardship activities.Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as LeanIX, ServiceNow, Planview, Workday, OneTrust, or similar systems.Strong analytical skills with the ability to validate data quality, identify gaps, and resolve inconsistencies.Ability to coordinate cross functional stakeholders and drive requests to completion through established governance processes.Experience documenting business processes, operational procedures, and data standards.· Exposure to cloud platforms, systems integration, digital transformation, or technology modernization programs.· Experience conducting technology evaluations, vendor assessments, or proof-of-concept activities.· Experience working across multiple technology domains including applications, data, infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
