Skills and Competencies - 5+ years in an engineering role, with a focus on AV systems and infrastructure
- Proven experience in AV design engineering, including implementation, build, and maintenance
- Strong understanding of AV design principles aligned with AVIXA standards, including the ability to author or contribute to CAD drawings for AV designs
- Hands-on experience with MS Teams MTR and conference room AV technology, including familiarity with digital signage platforms such as Appspace
- Solid understanding of SIP, VoIP, MPLS, AVoIP, SBCs, PRIs, and related tools and protocols
- General knowledge of DNS, Active Directory, SCIM provisioning, authentication protocols (SAML, etc.), SSO platforms (OKTA/Entra), and VPN split tunneling
- Prior experience in financial services and M&A environments is a plus
- Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges. Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use
Education - Technical or undergraduate degree in a relevant field
- MS Teams Admin certification (preferred); AVIXA CTS and CTS-D certifications
- Demonstrable completion of MS Teams Learning courses
- Experience using ITSM tools for incident and service management
Responsibilities As an Audio Visual and Voice Systems Engineer, you will lead the rollout of new products and drive continuous improvements across Moody's AV and voice platforms.
- Design and engineer AV solutions for conference rooms, real estate projects, and digital signage platforms
- Lead technical solutions for environments including MS Teams MTR, Miro, Trello, Nice InContact, Appspace, AudioCodes, and eFax
- Own and drive AV and voice platform architecture, implementation, and optimization
- Travel and perform onsite commissioning of new systems across Moody's global locations
- Contribute to planning, assessment, and execution of digital initiatives within AV and voice domains, including performing peer reviews and serving as a technical escalation point
- Collaborate with Information Security to implement secure architectures beyond traditional network boundaries
- Produce recurring analytics and usage reports, manage escalated incidents, reduce technical debt in legacy systems, and engage with vendors to understand product roadmaps
- Support cross-functional collaboration with teams such as Cyber Security and Global Real Estate, regularly meeting with internal partners to gather feedback and implement voice-of-customer updates

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $99,200.00 - $143,900.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
