Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager with workplace design and construction experience to support the planning and execution of multiple facility projects, including R&D office environments and manufacturing spaces. This role will serve as the key coordinator between internal stakeholders, design partners, vendors, and construction resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.While architectural and interior design concepts will be developed by the client's design team, this individual will provide project leadership, vendor coordination, and subject matter expertise throughout the buildout process.Things to know:- Location: Remote in MN with travel to Sioux Falls, SD and Marshall, MN (client to pay for travel + gas mileage)- Duration: Approximately 8-9 months- Hours: Estimated 30 hours/month, fluctuating based on project phase- Start Date: early September 2026What You'll Do- Manage facility design and buildout projects from planning through execution- Coordinate internal stakeholders, design teams, contractors, and external vendors- Support workplace, office, R&D, and manufacturing space planning initiatives- Help identify, source, and manage qualified vendors, contractors, and specialty partners- Review project plans and specifications to ensure alignment with business requirements- Provide guidance on ADA compliance, accessibility considerations, and workplace standards- Monitor project schedules, milestones, budgets, and deliverables- Facilitate project meetings and communicate progress, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders- Assist with decision-making throughout design development and construction phases- Travel periodically to project sites in Sioux Falls, SD and Marshall, MN as neededWhat We're Looking For:- 5+ years of project management experience supporting workplace, commercial, corporate, industrial, or interior design/construction projects- Understanding of interior buildouts, workplace environments, and construction coordination- Familiarity with ADA compliance and accessibility requirements- Experience working with architects, designers, contractors, and vendors- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment- Experience supporting manufacturing, R&D, corporate office, or facility projects is highly preferred- PMP certification or related project management credentials are a plusThis is a unique opportunity to help shape the future workplace and innovation environments for a growing organization.
