Coordinate, assist or participate as project team leader for mechanical design and other tasks.Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. Master’s Degree is preferred.8 years or more HVAC, building mechanical systems design experience, preparing drawings & specs for HVAC systems for large commercial, institutional, and residential projectsStrong Technical knowledge of simple and complex HVAC systemsAutoCAD proficiency and REVIT experienceExperience in engineering services during project constructionKnowledge of NY and NJ Building Construction Codes & StandardsP.E., LEED AP PreferredAs Sr. Engineer, assume leader’s role for project mechanical system design.
