We are looking for young graduates in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Geology and Geophysics interested in attending the 2nd level MiNDS Master in Natural Resources Development and Storage created by Eni in collaboration with the Polytechnic University of Turin with the aim of providing a medium and long-term strategic vision of the Energy sector and specializing students on topics related to innovative technology and cutting-edge digital solutions to be applied in the traditional energy sector to promote the energy transition.
Through the acquisition of integrated technical skills (energy storage, CCUS, geothermal, circular economy and sustainability, digitalization, etc.) to be combined with the traditional skills model of the Energy sector, we intend to encourage the entry into the labor market of highly qualified young people who are able to make an immediate contribution through the application of the knowledge acquired.
The program includes 8 months of classroom training at the Polytechnic University of Turin (with Eni/Politecnico di Torino teaching staff) + 4 months of internship at Eni.
Eni offers all participants a monthly scholarship of € 1,500.
The Master is reserved for candidates who meet the following requirements:
- Master's Degree in Energy and Nuclear Engineering, Aerospace and Astronautics, Civil, Chemical, Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Environmental and Territorial Engineering, Computer Science, Physical-Mathematical Modeling for Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Geological Sciences and Technologies and Geophysical Sciences, to be obtained by 31 October 2025
- final grade not less than 100/110 or equivalent for foreign qualification
- not have turned 28 years old by December 31, 2025
- excellent knowledge of the English language (for foreign candidates, a good knowledge of the Italian language will be considered a preferential requirement).

Classes will be held in English at the Politecnico di Torino, starting from November 2025.
