Job Description
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to our customers' needs.
Main responsibilities:
- Receive and manage customer calls;
- Place customer orders and communicate with shipping staff from different functional units, if necessary, to provide them with the information needed for the efficient management of operations;
- Ensuring effective communication between the different operational departments of the company (technical services, credit department and operations) in relation to our clients' requests;
- Responding to inquiries regarding our products and services;
- Follow-up with clients;
- Prepare the offers;
- Manage client files;
- All other related tasks.
- Qualifications
and Requirements:
- High school diploma;
- Bilingualism is essential (English and French / to meet Canadian-level demands);
- 1 to 3 years in a similar position;
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, Google Mail and Google Drive;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Customer-centric approach;
- Autonomy, initiative and flexibility;
- Well organized;
- Strong oral and written communication skills;
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Work Environment:
Permanent, full-time position with a work schedule of Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The incumbent spends most of their time in an office environment. The position may require extended periods of sitting; working on the telephone and/or computer, as well as interacting with other staff members and clients.
