As a Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality Expert , you will be part of Enimoov S.p.A .. Specifically, you will support the management of HSEQ issues and health, safety, and environmental processes within the organization.
Main activities:
- Support the HSE Manager in managing HSEQ issues relating to the management of fuel distributors and the sale and marketing of petroleum products in the extra-network market.
- Support the HSE Manager in implementing health, safety and environmental processes within the organization, ensuring regulatory compliance and promoting a culture of prevention
- Support the business from an HSEQ perspective in the management of fuel distributors and in the sales and marketing of petroleum products in the extra-network market
- Collaborate in the drafting and updating of procedures, operating instructions and HSE documentation on workplace safety (Legislative Decree 81/08)
- Participate in the risk assessment and the development of the DVR (Risk Assessment Document) and Interference Risk Report (DUVRI)
- Support the implementation and monitoring of the HSE health, safety and environmental management system (e.g. ISO 45001, ISO 14001) and the ISO9001 quality system
- Collaborate with the HSE Manager in coordinating and managing external HSE audits
- Conduct external inspections and audits to verify the application of company regulations and procedures
- Manage and monitor procedures and requirements relating to Environmental Authorizations (AUA, AUS, PPG, etc.)
Required characteristics:
- Degree in Engineering. Other qualifications, even lower, may be considered based on significant experience in the field.
- At least 3 years of experience in similar roles
- Knowledge of current Italian legislation on health, safety and the environment (Legislative Decree 81/08, Legislative Decree 152/06)
- Good knowledge of the English language
The profile is completed by:
- Familiarity with integrated management systems (UNI EN ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and 9001)
- Training as an ASPP (prevention and protection service worker)
- Good command of the Office package (Excel in particular)
