Imagine your job:
As a Junior Contract Definition Primary Logistics , you will join Eni Industrial Evolution SpA , where you will contribute to the transversal activities of the Primary Logistics function , supporting the definition of relevant contracts, compliance processes, as well as transversal initiatives for organization, training, reporting and continuous process improvement.
Main activities:
- Ensure the definition and negotiation of relevant contracts, in coordination with the Legal, Compliance functions and other stakeholders involved
- Oversee the execution and monitoring of compliance obligations, due diligence activities, and checks on potential counterparties, ensuring compliance with company procedures and the correct management of related documentary evidence.
- Ensure coordination with the relevant company functions for authorization and control aspects
- Prepare presentations and information materials for management
- Monitor, control and evaluate the progress/results of processes through analysis, operational control and continuous performance monitoring, including through the identification of suitable KPIs
- Ensure the management and updating of reporting
- Continuous interaction with internal units within the Primary Logistics function and external ones (e.g. Legal, Compliance, etc.) promoting the correct progress of activities.
Required characteristics:
- Master's degree in economics or engineering, preferably in Management Engineering
- Less than three years of experience, preferably gained within complex corporate contexts
- Good command of the Microsoft Office package
- Good knowledge of the English language
