As a Retail Monitoring and Reporting Expert, you will be part of Enimoov SpA. Specifically, you will be responsible for staff activities for the administrative management of Enimoov stores, analysis, and reporting.
Main activities:
- Analysis and reporting to support the retail business
- Performance monitoring of oil and food activities
- Support for budget/forecast preparation
- Focal point on new store openings: coordination of coding flows and administrative activities
- Coordination with finance function and acquirer
- Contract administration activities relating to agreements with business partners and service providers aimed at managing sales outlets
- Contractual activities, such as: document management and deadline management
- Automation project coordination
Required characteristics:
- Degree in Economics or Management Engineering; other qualifications may be considered, subject to significant experience.
- At least 3 years of experience
- Good knowledge of the Office package
- Knowledge of SAP system will be considered a plus
- Good knowledge of the English language
