The Project Manager will oversee creative planning, execution, and production for medium-complexity digital projects. This role requires a solution-oriented professional with strong organizational skills and a digital-first mindset. The ideal candidate will collaborate with creative, production, and account teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of marketing assets.This is a 40 hour per week contract, beginning ASAP through mid-April 2026. Hybrid onsite 2-3 days per week is strongly preferred at their NY or ATL office headquarters.Responsibilities - Manage creative planning, execution, and production for digital projects, including email campaigns, newsletters, landing pages, and updates to existing templates. - Leverage digital best practices to inform campaign executions across CRM, websites, and social channels. - Drive execution of campaigns using platforms such as OneCMS, Moveable Ink, and SFMC. - Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans aligned with marketer expectations. - Monitor timelines, assess risks, and manage budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. - Facilitate project handovers between design and brand teams, including discovery sessions, creative kick-offs, and status meetings. - Partner with Account Leads and Creative Strategists to confirm feasibility, scope, and budget. - Utilize project management tools (e.g., Workfront) for planning, communication, and tracking. - Foster collaboration and maintain a positive team environment.Requirements - Minimum 5 years of experience as a Creative Project Manager in a leading agency or in-house brand. - Strong knowledge of creative production across print, digital, and email. - Proven ability to manage timelines and deliver projects on schedule. - Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (Workfront, MS Project, Smartsheet). - Digital marketing experience, including CRM and landing page development. - Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to adapt quickly and learn new tools and workflows.
