Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Fastener Engineer to lead the development, and quality assurance of fastening solutions within our manufacturing capabilities. Duties
- Design, analyze, and validate fastener components using CAD software such as SolidWorks, Creo, and AutoCAD, ensuring compliance with industry standards like ISO 9001.
- Conduct root cause analysis on fastener-related quality issues, implementing corrective actions to resolve defects and prevent recurrence.
- Utilize process engineering methods and lean manufacturing principles to optimize production workflows, reduce waste, and improve cycle times.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with expertise in mechanical engineering principles applied to fastener design and application.
- Knowledge of industrial engineering concepts such as process engineering, lean manufacturing practices, factory layout planning, and factory automation technologies.
- Hands-on factory experience involving assembly line optimization, robotics integration (including robot programming), welding techniques, tooling development, vision inspection systems, and industrial equipment maintenance is essential.
