You'll be the primary point of contact post-contract, coordinating with clients, contractors, sales teams, and other key stakeholders. Your role includes managing timelines, resolving issues, and escalating problems when necessary.What you'll do:Conduct pre-installation planning meetings and strategy sessions. Coordinate with clients, contractors, sales, and stakeholders to ensure project specifications are metAct as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular project status updatesOversee logistics, including scheduling, equipment delivery, and project documentation completionTrack project performance, including cost, schedule, and scopeProvide leadership to ensure consistent delivery of World-Class service at the project siteLead and manage installation teams, including internal crews and subcontractorsEnsure all construction activities comply with project plansCollect daily project updates to monitor progress and quality of workAddress any issues or defects promptly to maintain high-quality standardsEnsure all safety protocols are followed to prevent accidents and injuriesPromote a safety-focused culture through leadership, accountability, and communicationEnsure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulationsAssist with permitting and vendor management when applicableStay informed about industry trends and regulatory changesOther duties as assignedRequirements:Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Project Management or related field preferred2+ years of experience with construction, temporary structures, or related industriesKnowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations preferredValid driver's license with a clean driving recordHighly motivated, innovative, and able to work independently and as a teamResults-oriented with a strong focus on timeliness, attention to detail, and accuracyStrong planning, scheduling, prioritization, and organizational skillsExcellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Strong leadership, customer service and communication skillsOSHA 30 Certification preferredTravel approximately 25%This position is deemed Safety Sensitive for purposes of United Rentals' policies and procedureWhy join us?We don't just "talk the talk!"
