Relay Fire & Safety is expanding throughout the Baltimore and DMV market and is looking for a driven sales professional to help grow our Fire Sprinkler Installation & Retrofit business.
This is a true capital projects sales role.
You'll work directly with building owners, facility managers, property management companies, contractors, and engineers to identify fire sprinkler replacement, modernization, expansion, and retrofit opportunities.

What You'll Do
- Develop and grow a dedicated sprinkler retrofit territory
- Identify and pursue new capital project opportunities
- Conduct facility surveys and customer consultations
- Review deficiencies and code-related opportunities
- Build relationships with:
- Property Managers
- Building Owners
- General Contractors
- Facility Directors
- Engineers
- Real Estate Investment Groups
- Collaborate with estimators, designers, and operations teams
- Present proposals and close projects
- Manage opportunities through CRM
- Build and maintain a healthy project pipeline
- Consistently exceed sales and revenue targets

Ideal Candidate BackgroundPreferred Experience
- 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience
- Experience selling construction, retrofit, modernization, or capital improvement projects
- Fire sprinkler experience strongly preferred
- Proven track record developing new business
- Experience working with building owners and commercial customers
