This role serves as the central coordination point between business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams. The Project Manager will be responsible for requirements intake, backlog management, delivery tracking, and stakeholder communication to ensure alignment between business needs and product execution across the KYT roadmap.This is a critical, onshore role requiring real-time collaboration during U.S. business hours to support systems tied to ongoing, high‑impact initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary point of contact for KYT stakeholders across business and technology teamsGather, document, and clarify business and functional requirementsTranslate requirements into user stories, epics, and acceptance criteriaOwn and manage the product backlog, including prioritization and groomingCoordinate closely with product owners, engineering, and dependent teams to ensure delivery alignmentTrack milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies across the KYT roadmapProvide regular status updates, dashboards, and executive‑level communicationsFacilitate requirement reviews, backlog refinement, planning sessions, and status meetingsIdentify and escalate risks, issues, and scope changes proactivelyEnsure delivery follows agreed timelines, processes, and governance standardsRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Product/Delivery Manager3+ years of experience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsStrong stakeholder management and executive communication experienceHands-on experience managing requirements and backlogsProficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office toolsExperience coordinating cross‑functional teams in a remote environmentInterview ProcessOne roundVideo interviewFocused more on product and delivery experience than deep technical skillsEEO Employer Apex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
